Information you provide
When you purchase a day pass, we use the email address you provide to associate the purchase with access and delivery or recovery of its code. If you create an account, we process account and session information to authenticate you. If you send a contact or problem report, we process the details you submit so we can review and respond.
Payments and service providers
Checkout is handled through a hosted payment provider. That provider processes payment details under its own privacy terms; Burner Watchlist receives the information needed to verify a purchase and provide access. We also rely on service providers to host the app, deliver email, and retrieve market data.
How information is used
Information is used to verify pass access, operate account and scanner features, send service-related messages, respond to requests, protect the service, and meet applicable legal obligations. Scanner results are saved market observations and may include source timing and coverage status.
Retention and requests
Information is kept for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain transaction records, address support issues, and protect the service. To ask about your information or request a correction or deletion, contact burnerwatchlist@polsia.app. Some records may need to be retained where required for security or legal purposes.
