Terms of Use
These terms describe the limits of the screening service and your responsibility when using its information.
Information, not investment advice
Burner Watchlist is an information screener and educational resource. It is not investment advice, a brokerage service, personalized financial guidance, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. Scanner labels describe recorded price behavior and do not predict future movement or promise a result.
Market data and screening limits
Market data may be delayed, inaccurate, incomplete, stale, rate-limited, or unavailable. A scan only evaluates the symbols and source data available to it; some candidates may not be evaluated. Results are saved observations, not live quotes.
Scan failures and no results
If a daily scan fails, the results page reports the run status. The most recent completed snapshot may remain available with an older-snapshot notice; when no completed snapshot is available, new results are unavailable until a scan completes. If a completed scan returns no qualifying rows, the page reports that outcome and its available coverage details. An empty result does not mean that no stock moved, and it is not a reason to take or avoid a trade.
Your decisions
You are responsible for your own research and decisions. Consider your financial circumstances and the risks of each security, including the possibility of losing some or all of the money invested. Small-cap and OTC securities can be especially volatile and difficult to trade.
Day pass
The day pass is a one-time $1.99 payment for 24 hours of access after payment is verified. It is not a recurring subscription. Access is subject to the availability and limits described on the service.
